romeoz
Right now when I turn on my PC it automatically chooses Lion and starts. It shows the status bar and within 5 seconds its booting up. If I install Chameleon on a usb stick than when I boot up it gives me the option to choose which HD I want to boot up vs selecting it for me. How can I make it do this on the HD vs having he USB stick in all the time? I want to always be able to chose either Lion or Win 7 vs having to hit a button while its auto loading and choose. thanks
Ririholic
Add this to boot.plist in Extra: <key>Instant Menu</key> <string>Yes</string>

einsteinx2
Also, if you want to access the boot device menu sometimes but not every time, leave the instant menu option turned off and just hit any keyboard key and it will show you the boot options. That way you can still have it be automatic, but access them when you need to.
