Which version of OS X can be multibooted on an AMD PC, with Windows 7 for a developer?

I this an AMD PC:

CPU: AMD Athlon X2 5000+

RAM: 3 GB 667MHz

Mainboard: Gigabyte GA-MA69-S3H

Graphics: Geforce 8400 GS

HDD: Seagate 500 GB

 

I have Windows 7 on my system.

Now, I am a PHP developer, and I want to know, is it possible to run a version of OS X on my system (dual boot), which can be used as my development platform.

I will need to install PHP, MySQL, Photoshop CS5 on the OS.

 

If the answer is yes, which version (the higher, the better)?

Easy answer : Snow Leopard because Osx Lion at the present time doesn't run on AMD.
