I've tried the kext from your zip package, but nothing change. Can you help me? Thanks. Alberto I've got my audio (semi-) working with the AppleHDA.kext from here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...&hl=ad1988b It works fine up to 22050hz and with anything above i get static and skipping. Any guess at what may be causing it?

In case anyone else is having similar issue, disabling GeneratePStates and GenerateCStates in boot.plist fixed it. <key>GenerateCStates</key> <string>No</string> <key>GeneratePStates</key> <string>No</string>
macmaniac
Hi Tuen Can you help me out? I've had several attempts at your method. This is as far as I get: EDIT: removed screenshot It hangs at IOAPIC: Version...... Any ideas? EDIT: Put in a new DSDT and installer now loads up. EDIT #2: Thanks Tuen! Your guide works. The only bad news is that Lion broke my Broadcom Airport.
joot
How did you get firewire on the Asus p5k-e wifi mobo to work ? I've done a retail Lion install but firewire is not working. Trying to use this setup for video editing and without firewire, it's useless...

Tuen
There is now an updated version for 10.7.3. The steps are the same, just need to apply the audio. http://lyt.no-ip.org...sus-p5k-e-wifi/ about the Firewire port, I didn't use that because i don't have devices with Firewire connection. so I can reply it. edit: I've just test it and firewire port works: Re: Hackintosh Asus P5K-E Wifi for Lion (10.7.3)
