cili0 Posted July 20, 2011 Share Posted July 20, 2011 Ciao a tutti, Non riesco ad attivare lo speedstep nativo su un HP dx2420 in possesso di un amico (processore pentium e5300 o simile). Se booto con i soliti flag di chameleon il sistema va in KP con errore 'unable to find hpet for...'. Ho dunque preso DSDTSE, estratto il DSDT e tentato di applicare l'HPET Fix proposto. Putroppo però non ho avuto successo in quanto il DSDT già possiede l'aggiunta che il fix propone di fare, ovvero qualche riga inerente all'IRQNoFlags(). Secondo cosa più importante che ho notato: il DSDT, così come estratto dalla scheda, non ha il metodo _WAK e quindi alcuni fix non sono applicabili. I didn't pay attention that much, but if I can remember correctly there's no way to enable/disable HPET in the BIOS. I'll check ASAP. In the meanwhile thanks again for your support. ciao! cili0 Posted July 21, 2011 Author Share Posted July 21, 2011 yeah è partito e lo speedstep è funzionante. Purtroppo non va ancora in sleep. Nonostante carichi AppleLPC non riesce a caricare AppleSMBUS e kext relativi. Nei prossimi giorni provero con i fake id. ----- Yeah it worked! Unfortunately sleep still refuses to work.
