I'm having a few problems with iPhone and iPad syncing in 10.7

Hey guys after about a week of attempting to get 10.7 running, I finally did it.

I used Andy's Boot Disk 5 to install on my P8P67 motherboard.

 

Unfortunately, after updating and installing Xcode 4.2 beta 2, iOS5 SDK, iCloud and iTunes 10.5 beta 2,

My iPad and iPhone are not recognized in iTunes, Xcode, iPhone Config Utility or Finder.

 

The strange part is I can see that the computer is recognizing the devices in the system report, image capture and iPhoto.

 

 

I'm pretty sure it was one of these developer updates that I installed,

I was just just wondering if anyone on here has had similar problems

and whether there is a fix or if i should just reinstall xcode/itunes/etc and start from scratch.
