Issues with booting 10.4.8

So I've decided to make a Hackintosh out of my old SB51G Shuttle computer. I installed OS X using OS X 10.4.8 JaS AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 w/PPF1 & PPF2. I currently have it installed in a Debian-Windows-Mac triple boot, with the Chameleon boot loader chained after GRUB.

I have been unable to get the system to boot successfully. It immediately turns dark after the Apple logo appears with the "Restart Your Computer" message. When booting in single-user mode, it kernel panics and the following appears:

ACPI: System State [s0 S3 S4 S5] (S3)

panic(cpu 0 caller 0x001A3129): Unresolved kernel trap (CPU 0, Type 14=page fault)

I have tried installing the extra drivers from the CD and setting cpus=1. At install time I chose to install the Intel drivers.

What can I do? I have access to the HFS+ partition from my Debian install, so I can change the files if needed.

My specs are the following:

Shuttle SB51G Mainboard (Intel 845GE/ICH4)

Pentium 4 2.66GHz (Northwood Core)

1GB DDR RAM

ATI Radeon X700Pro Graphics Card

Sound Blaster Audigy Audio
