djeuro Posted June 28, 2011 Share Posted June 28, 2011 Hello, I have the Toshiba Qosmio X505- Q8100x. Past 4 days I have been trying everything to install OSX on it. I tried many different boot loaders, I have the retail version which I bought and still no luck. If I try to boot into it I get the "You need to restart your computer screen" If i do a safe mode or verbose, it starts loading and hits me to the "Your computer has been up for 3242390 nanoseconds" and stops there. I cannot get past any of those screens and have tried almost every version and every boot loader. Been reading a whole lot on the internet but cant seem to find a solution Any ideas?
