Paoz
I have Soundcard : Realtek ALC272X (10EC:0272) that play through Intel Ibex Peak (8086:3b56) and HDMI (10DE:0be2) from nvidia Geforce GT330M (Apple use this card in macbooks too) I found a working kext with merging Info.plist (Thank you to Mr.rals2007 -/\-), It come out good for both device (mics work too) But It doesn't work in the same time = =' It come out like this 1. When I Type only 10DE:0be2 in info.plist to make only HDMI work : [Attached Picture] The HDMI work Great! (only #2 that work) I see that It was recognized as "voodooHDAEngine:1" 2. When I use the merged info.plist to make both of them work in the same time : [Attached Picture] It come out like this; Speaker and two mic input work fine but HDMI out was showed only #4 HDMI which wasn't the worked one So I opened IOregistryExplorer too see if the kext loaded correctly From this, I suggest that it was loaded correctly but the channel "voodooHDAEngine:1" of #2HDMI was replaced by ALC272's Microphone T^T Oh! I think, if I can 1.) change registry of #2HDMI to "voodooHDAEngine:4" (I have already try to change it with IOregistryExplorer but...) or 2.) swap #2HDMI with the #4HDMI channel Please, If you have some idea Please help me -/\- I attach the kexts right here : vvvvvvvvvvvvvvv My_Voodoo.zip

Paoz
Hey im sorry out of your topic, but im interested in your info.plist for dual souncard..i have ATI (Hdmi) and intel onboard soundcard,, the thing is, voodoohda only read my HDMI, i want to use my onboard audio for output, I have tried editing my info.plist file like yours bby adding SoundCard and HDMI section on IOKitPersonality in info.plist. i never succeded in this problem, every time i edited my info plist Voodoohda wont load (its not showing off in Sistem profiler)...what version did you use? thanks I've tried many version and come out like this : v.0.2.1 : Sound from ALC272X works but 2 mics don't work, HDMI work fine @#2HDMI out v.0.2.2 : Same as 0.2.1 but it change the name of outputs and inputs v.0.2.56 : ALC272X works but give the white noise , Two Mic work now and HDMI work fine too. v.0.2.61 : ALC272X give the stronger white noise , Two Mic work and HDMI work fine too. v.0.2.72 : ALC272X give the white noise, but when I use the patched kext of this version :http://www.kexts.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=864 The sound come out very very Perfect! (better than 0.2.1 and 0.2.2) but 0.2.72 does something wrong with the HDMI, It give 16 out for each HDMIout (the working version give only 2 out) and all HDMI not working : ( You can find all version of VoodooHDA here : http://www.tonymacx86.com/1010110101/#####-3.8.0.zip But every version I've tried, The presence of ALC272X's Microphone will replace The working #2HDMI , So I have to swap driver all the time to make it detect only one card. and not use it at the same time. Maybe... Our hope is coming with Lion!
