Wireless: intel 6230 To install it, i'm following this guide http://blog.nawcom.com/?p=8 modusb from linux. Everything goes fine, except the boot: VoodooBattery.kext: [Warning] Battery reports mWh but uses mAh (763) USBF: 0.551 AppleUSBEHCI[0x73d8000]: unable to get filterInterruptEventSource USBF: 0.553 AppleUSBEHCI[0x73d8000]::UIMInitalize - Error occurred (0xe00002be) PXHCD... ... [:init] RealtekRTL81xxx.kext... USBF: 0.675 AppleUSBEHCI[0x73d8000]::start unable to initialize UIM mbinit: done (64 MB ... ... ) Added memory device md0/rmd0... Waiting on IOProviderClass com.apple.AppleFSCompressionTypeZlib load succeded RealtekRTL81xx.kext: NIC identifier as RTL8168 ... Still waiting for root device Any hint is appreciate, thanks. If you laptop does not have 3d, everything should be similar to that thread. If it has 3d, they optimus is not enabled. So there are slightly different steps you need to follow. If you laptop does not have 3d, everything should be similar to that thread. If it has 3d, they optimus is not enabled. So there are slightly different steps you need to follow. Oh that's why! Yep it's a 3D one, no optimus... anyway i'll try your guide and let you know, ty if you are still having the problem unplug the usb drive and plug it in the usb slot next to the power cable and it should pick it up.
