fantomas Posted June 16, 2011 Share Posted June 16, 2011 hi !! sorry if a topic already exists, but I wanted to share with you my Lion DP4 install on an Acer Aspire 5738Z. I just put these screens as proof that it works well, but I have not yet completed my install. Wifi is recognized OOB (out of box), no QE / CI or trackpad, just the mouse that works. I restored BaseSystem.dmg on my usb stick and copy/paste mach_kernel too from Lion's InstallESD.dmg ! I used PC EFI 10.6 ! For keyboard and touchpad , i used voodoops2.kext ! For graphic card , i didn't have more time , like i said i haven't completed my install ! Actually , i din't have more this notebook , it wasen't mine , so i couldn't complete my work !
