Windows 7 needs repair

I followed TonyMac's guide to dual-booting Windows 7 and Snow Leopard, and Snow Leopard is working fine, but when I try to boot into Windows 7, it asks me to put in the repair disc to fix it. Now I'm sure that if I do that, I won't be able to get into Snow Leopard, how can I fix this to boot into both Windows 7 or Snow Leo without messing up one or the other?

You are using chameleon so it doesnot messup.make your Pc partition active with your repair disk or Installation disk.

and then if you cant boot into your mac then make your Mac partion active again. If you followed tony's guid thoroughly then you shouldnot have any problem. Use ##### if you have any problem.

Also, unrelated to this problem, but my hackintosh also doesn't sleep. I enabled S3 STR in the Bios, (p55m-ud2 mobo , f11 bios) and the screen goes black when i put it in sleep, and i can wake it up with the keyboard and mouse, but it just boots up as if i just started the pc. and i get random blue flashed/flickering on my screen, just a plain blue screen comes up for a few seconds, sometimes its consistently, sometimes it doesnt happen for a while, how can i fix this? graphics card is a gts 450 btw.
