This is what happens when updating OS X that was installed from a hacked/distro DVD.

On hacked DVDs, the majority of patches are applied directly to files in system folders, so when you update they get replaced by original, unmodified Apple files and you lose functionality, or even worse, your Hackintosh breaks completely.

Know your hardware, find out which drivers are loaded for it and back them up before updating. Or find out which modifications were made to the original driver files, and try if you can make the same modifications to the new files that were installed during the system update. Or use the forum search to look for fixed/patched drivers.

If you haven't backed up your old driver, you can try extracting it from your install DVD using an app called Pacifist. Google it.

You're looking for either a complete IONetworkingFamily.kext or maybe you can just pick the Intel driver from the plugins folder inside it. I don't remember exactly anymore which one that is. You will then have to replace the new Intel driver inside of the plugins folder of the new IONetworkingFamily.kext with the old one.

So, first thing, find out which driver loads for the Intel PRO 100 VE on OS X. Then try to find it. Maybe you can even find it here on IM.

Then learn how to install kernel extensions.
