I am now getting: TSC: Verification of clock speed PASSED. TSC: Frequency = 1795.539294MHz, FSB frequency = 199.504366MHz, bus ratio ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin::start - waitForService(resourceMatching(AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement) timed out still no sleep though!!
