danialt
I've got setup OSX 10.6.7 on vmware Workstation 7 and it works well. However I'm finding that if I use osx, then just stop and move onto something else, then switch back to the osx vm say 30mins or more later that the vm will have hung, almost like its suspended but it hasnt. There is no control in the VM or anything and the host is not overworked or anything at tht time. The only way forward is to power down or reset the vm and then back to normal. Has anyone else seen this? Any ideas appreciated

Problem is due to lack of power management within the guest.
