richtea9 Posted May 22, 2011 Share Posted May 22, 2011 I have my ATI 4850 working under 10.6.7, however OSX does not provide me with an option to extend my display onto my second monitor. This is properly because it only detects one of the DVI ports on the card in system profiler. It also detects a Display Connector port which I do not have. Also to note, it automatically mirrors the displays and I am using DVI to VGA dongle on both ports. Is there any solution to this? Different device ID?
