Hello,

I know this topic is well documented but so far I haven't found anything that works and I've had this issue for days now.

I have a dual booted hard drive with my Snow Leopard as my primary partition. It was all working perfectly until I installed Windows XP on the secondary partition which meant when I booted up, the computer would automatically log in to this OS. I installed Chameleon 2.0 RC5 and made my OSX partition active once more but any time I boot up the computer, it hangs on the Apple screen. Any time I use -v it says "Still waiting on root device".

Oddly, if I boot up from my iAtkos disk, click f8 to go to start up options and boot up the partition using -v, it works totally fine.

Also, I've noticed that the secondary partition has Chameleon 4 installed when I make it active while the drive I want to make my primary drive is Chameleon 5. When I make the Chameleon 4 drive active, I can log into my main OSX drive in verbose mode.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Colin
