Probably, but your video won't be very good. It would have been better if you had identified which laptop you actually own. Here is a posting of someone with a similar computer that got it working except for wireless: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=249511
LightInDark
And I tried with Kalyway 10.5.2, iATKOS v7 and JaS Client/Server but none worked, they get stuck at something to do with ACPI. Although I seemed to read alot of people getting success with AMD and Toshiba Satellites on Leo4All, anyone have experience with this Distro? And video isnt a problem, I dont plan on doing any 3D or similar applications, I'm keeping a dual boot of Windows 7 and Mac OS X, OS X will only be used for Music, Internet etc Mainly for my iPod and stuff It hangs at ACPI: System State.. any idea's how to get around this? LightInDark
Well I heard someone with a C660 series got it working fine with the iATKOS S3 V2 but I don't get any luck with it, I guess it doesnt like Dedicated graphics, or at least just not the Mobility Radeon 4250
LightInDark
More work into it, I think it will in fact work on my laptop.. Just that I have issues with ACPI and my BIOS gives zero options into this, its very limited in what you can control. Can someone give me a link to the ACPI kexts from 10.4.8? been looking for them everywhere and cant find them and the only JaS 10.4.8 torrent I found wouldnt download, so can't extract it myself sadly. Any help would be great, thanks!
ExplodingToast
I tried looking for the ACPI kexts, but the links I found weren't working. If you get it installed could you post here how you did it because I want to get OSX on my C660. I have tried every distro I could think of too.
