I was able to install 10.6.2 on my D255E via a Netbook CD DVD, an OSX DVD, and an external DVD drive. The actual installation completed with a Successful message but, after the first restart I attempted to boot from the Netbook CD again per the guide on mechdrew's site. The thing is that when I make my attempt to access the HDD via Netbook CD it just gets stuck on the gray screen and I never have an opportunity to install Netbookinstaller. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

I used this method to get it up and running...

I'd still like to get native wi-fi working though. ;)
