Acro_Design
hey, i now have my hp dv 9000 with custom bios and dell mini wireless, so essentially everything now works, i am trying to keep this installation of snow leopard vanilla. as i have put a lot of work into this and hate kernel panics anyway i wanted to know with ##### there is a definitions option changing the ID of the mac to whatever so am i correct in saying that if add the mac book definition that i will be able to see my battery metre? essentially i am asking do they do anything other then change the ID under about this mac? thanks everyone
Gringo Vermelho
It's called 'model identifier' and yes, it matters. Google/forum search smbios.plist For questions specific to #####, better ask on the Tonymacx86 forums. They made it, they will know.
