drwhy
... Hi ! I´ve googled for this for a while but i can´t find a solid solution: Have build my Hackintosh with following parts: MB: MSI Platinum X58 CPU: i7-920 RAM: 12GB GFX 1: ATI Radeon HD5770 (2Displays using both DVI-Ports) GFX 2: ATI Radeon HD5670 (1 Samsung TV @ HDMI Port) (... does not work in OSX ... this is my Problem i want to ask for help for ...) HDD: 2x1TB Raid (dualboot Win7x64 & Mac OS X) HDD: 2x1,5TB (Mac OS SoftwareRaid) HDD: 1x1TB so ... as you can see in my specs, I´m trying to get a Triple-Display System to get to work ... but so far with no success :-( when i added the ATI HD5670 Card to my Hackintosh in systemprofiler the card is only recognized as a monitor ! ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series / GPU / PCIe / Slot-1 Monitor / GPU / PCIe / <--- This should be the 5670 card i´ve tryed a fresh install of Mac OS X 10.6.3, updated to 10.6.7, added USBRollback with ##### & reboot with ##### 2.7. Sytem is booting for a while & stopping with 2 lightgrey screens on my 2 Main Displays when its trying to initialize the grapiccards. (output on 5670 card shows no signal). (both GraphicCards are working fine under Win 7) so my question to you: is it even possible to get two different ATI Cards on a Hackintosh to work ? (because when i google for it i can only find some examples for nVidia cards) can someone please help me !!!
