Boot hang, starts after few restarts. How to fix?

Hey guys,

 

I'm having really strange problem, about week after I installed 10.6.7 on my hackintosh. Every time I start machine, goes pass chameleon normally, and then just hangs, usually shows an errors like in photo bellow.

 

I'm using Chameleon RC5 (but this has been happening from RC4), minimum of kexts, just AHCIPortInjector, IOAHCIBlockStorageInjector.kext and NullCPUPowerManagement kexts. I have DSDT, which is good, has been working until now.

 

Everything else is vanilla. I tried removing NullCpuPowerMan. kext but no luck, I get KP then.

 

Please check out screenshot, this is beginning drive me nuts. I had perfectly running hackintosh until a month ago : /

 

Mind you, after I reset machine a few times it starts, and same RTC and HPET errors show but it continues to work. I don't get it.
