Slow "sending request" page frequently fails to load

Hello, so far my experience has been pretty good. However more and more I'm realizing that my internet experience is being much slower. I did a speed test and the results were roughly the same as on another computer. So it seems to me that the problem isnt with the connection itself, but how fast it can start to communicate with websites. it seems like a strange issue, anyone heard of it before.?
