OSX 10.6.7
Premiere CS5 5.0.3

AMD Phenom II 1090T
Asus M4a89GTD PRO/USB3
16GB DDR3
GTX 460

All other CS5 apps works fine, but Premiere simply won't start. I just get ignore/reopen dialog after components are loaded and Premiere GUI is expected to appear.

Any idea on this? Do I need to patch something for AMD, or?
