Can anyone PM me and help a newbie through this step by step i dont want to take up forum space but if anyone can private message and give a helping hand , it wold be very appreciated

this is what i have

Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3 R.20

Gigabyte ATI HD5770 1GB ,

CORSAIR 4GB 1066 Memory

APPLE Keyboard

APPLE Mouse

HP w2338h Widescreen HD Monitor

Sound Onboard

Network Onboard

Mobo has USB 3.0 Available (not being used)

Even though Ive Installed with ##### . and MB nothing is getting the 5770 Up and running , including the Newer 10.6.7 , which actually makes my network die . is their anyone whom is willing to PM and see if we can sort this out .

I use mac for pro tools 9 , but thats on a newer Mac Pro , i dont and havent really gone into configuration , system changes , so not to familiar with Kexts and other stuff . So please have a little understanding ..

Im willing to format and start again , thats no issue with the Gigabyte , whats more important is getting that Screen working , please also note that the DVI 1 connection is in fact a DVI to VGA Connector , until i get HDMI Working as the i believe the monitor has either VGA or HDMI Inputs

And Ive seen a number of posts to say go follow this link, but once again for a noob with kexts ect , configuration changes it isnt a simple as step 1 2 3 4. im looking for a helpful fellow mac user who can help step by step . once again it would be very appreciative, Thanks in advanced
