So, I've finally managed to get Lion installed using iBoot 1.5a
But now I always get a kernel panic in AppleIntelACPIPowerManagement.kext
I have nullcpupowermanagement installed in both iBoot and Lion itself

But when welcome screen should comes up with music.I just get a black screen,
is it my ati driver there is the problem?

Yes try installing ATY_init.kext for lion from netkas -http://netkas.org/?p=640
