sherorox
Hello everyone, I have been trying to use ##### (chameleon) to install SL 10.6. When I try to boot into the install, I get stuck on a gray screen; no apple logo, just gray. When I boot verbose, same thing and it stops at error: "ACPI table not found: DSDT.aml NO DSDT found, using 0 as uid value." I booted back into windows and downloaded iasl to fetch my DSTD.dsl. Then I downloaded DSDTSE to compile my .dsl and turn it into .aml. I recieved no errors but 12 warnings. Now that I have a DSDT.aml, how do I patch it so ##### will won't recieve errors? I already set my bios correctly, AHCI, S3, etc. Here's my setup: Dell Dimension 8400 Windows 7 pro 4GB DDR2 (2x2) Pentium 4 (3.0GHz) ATI X300 Series ##### Does anyone recommend that I use something different like Kalyway or iDenbe? Any help is appreciated. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/253898-sl-106-hackintosh-dsdtaml-patching/ Share on other sites
