If you have a Macbook Pro 17" then simply copy the following files from your 10.4.7 install into Leopard: /System/Library/PreferencePanes/Keyboard.prefPane /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/MachineSettings.framework Otherwise you will have to download these files as linked to in the thread above.
