Contact the software manufacturer for assistance. This laptop is listed in my signature. It is on my laptop which is an HP Pavilion zd8000 (http://forum.notebookreview.com/notebook-news-reviews/13376-hp-pavilion-zd8000-review-pics-specs.html) The only thing that I have different from what it shows you of the specs there in the link, is that it has been up graded to 2GB of ram.
