Samsung N130 No brightness control after wake up from sleep

HI

 

I´m running SL 10.6.6 on a Samsung n130 (installed with netbook-instaler). So far almost everything is working great, except after I wake up the machine from sleep, the brightness is reset to the max and it wont allow me to adjust it (from keyboard or pref panel).

Please help!!!
