fixyou Posted March 17, 2011 Share Posted March 17, 2011 Hi this is my first Topic. So please apologize my, proable dumb question. I read hours after hours but couldn't find a proper solution. Well, I have a Dell Inspiron 6400 / E1505 with SL 10.6.6 installed. After days of anger and work everything works fine except the problem that I can't play videos. The only videoplayers working are QT and Itunes. Everytime I try to play a video clip with VLC or MPlayerX I get no picture, only sound. In addition to that, the QT-Videos are laggy, even on low res. I suppose that could be a graphic issue, so I tried some new kexts but they didn't help. I have the Intel GMA945 onboard Chip. How can I know if it works properly?
