[Help] DVD Drive don't Work

Hi, sorry form my bad ebglish.. I have a problem:

 

My two DVD drives don't work on Mac Snow Leopard Hazard. I insert a CD or DVD and i wait... If i Push the Eject Button the drive don't open.

After 20 minutes a error message: The disk cannot be read on this PC.

 

Why? Needs Driver? Thanks
