Hello there, ive just tried to install snow leopard 10.6.4 on my System, but nothing works..

ive tried to install it to a USB..

How i did that??

i have installed VMWARE and downloaded a VMWARE MACOSX 10.6.4 Snow Leopard image, i dont installed it, i just opened it from VMWARE, okay looks fine, but i want to have a dual boot system

Windows 7 and MacOSX

okay so i googled, and looked at some tutorials..

how i started?

Ive started, VMWARE (macosx) on my Windows PC

and wanted to make an bootable USB.

okay i made it how a user in youtube declared, but i get an error message.

  1. I made two partitions on my USB (Bootloader) and (Snow Leopard partition) (200mb bootloader - 7.8 gb Snow leopard)
  2. i have downloaded a ISO and with helps from shared folders in VMWARE i had shared it to my MACOS (VMWARE)
  3. then i tried to restore it

then a error message appeared: could not restore cannot allocate memory

Why this happened?

its not a cheap USB-Stick.. it has 8 GB

what can i do? i have no DVD (dual layers) here, and no money, cause my mom is in holydays.. and i dont have enough money, i can only live with the money to next week..

Can i Install the Image whit windows (bootable) on the USB stick?

i have an second usb drive (1GB), can i share in this the Bootloader? (Efi? Chameleon?)

How? do you have some tutorials?

Sorry guys my english is not good, cause i have only english at school, greetings from germany :)
