thelastblack Posted March 2, 2011 Share Posted March 2, 2011 hi i have compaq 510 and my touchpad(synaptics) doesnt work.actually it worked but i did something and it does not work. here is the things ive done: i just wanted to have bluetooth, then i just copied IOBluetoothFamily.kext from my iso image to /Extra/Extensions. after i restarted my computer, my mouse didnt work. i wanted to delete the kext above and when i went to /Extra/Extensions, i saw it just copied the content of kext(the "Contents" folder) not the file itself.... whatever i removed the folder "Content" and restarted but nothing changed.... i dont know what did i do wrong... by the way, is there any topic about kexts? thx in advance...
