netclic
Hello, I'm trying to install SNOWLEOPARD onto my ASUS P5GDC Deluxe Mobo. This Mobo already runs 10.5.6 without problem (on an IDE disk). I've dumped the MAC OSX SL DVD Install onto a brand new SATA disk. And I've another SATA disk where to make the fresh Snow Leopard Installation. I boot under boot132 CD without problem , and can select the "MAC OSX DVD Install" partition to continue boot. But then it hangs, I got the Apple logo, but nothing else happend. Even the small "running loop" do not appears. I've tried : - IDE and AHCI mode - S3 is configured in the BIOS - "-v" option to see what happen -> it is stuck onto a black screen without any text forever (I've waited 10 mn). No panic message, nothing, even no initial boot messages. Can someone helps ?
