Nawcom's ModCD IOAPIC: Version 0x21 Vectors 64:87

Every time I attempt to boot the installation CD, using Nawcom's ModCD and a retail version of Snow Leopard, It hangs at IOAPIC. I have tried a bunch of boot flags and parameters and no luck. Any help?
