10.6.6 USB Help

I am looking for some help. I had a working iatkos 10.6.3 and then I updated via the mac updater to 10.6.6. Now it loads, but my USB does not work. The problem is that my keyboard and mouse are USB, so I cant sign in or anything. Before, when it was 10.6.3, my USB did not work either but the keyboard and mouse still did.

 

Any Ideas?
