(I would just link it but it probably breaks tables)

I was really excited today to finally get my install to this point after struggling with lots of hard drive problems. I have finished installing the software with VMware for a native run and it starts up. Right as it gets to the actual desktop this message happens immediately. I could not find anything about this on the forums. Any help would be appreciated.
