BLARGiAMdEAD Posted February 11, 2011 Share Posted February 11, 2011 I've had Snow Leo running on my machine for about a year, and just installed an SSD for booting. I also updated to 10.6.6. Since then, my mouse will occasionally stop working. A reboot fixes the issue, but sometimes that's not ideal. I can move the mouse when it's encountering this problem, but clicking doesn't do anything and dock magnification doesn't activate on hover. Everything else works fine, but I have to navigate using the keyboard. Plugging in another mouse doesn't help. I use a Magic Mouse connected to a USB Bluetooth dongle with BetterTouchTool. Also, I've noticed that this problem tends to occur especially when running Minecraft or some of my amateur Java programs, which leads me to believe that it's related to Java somehow. It occurs less frequently in Chrome, so I don't know if that invalidates the theory, though, since I doubt Chrome is written in Java. Any ideas what this might be?
