dmtirygr Posted February 6, 2011 Share Posted February 6, 2011 My dv6000t had OSX 10.5.3 running juts fine from MBR formatted disk and a hacked-up kernel. I want to now make 10.6 run on it. I bought a retail DVD and tried following all the guides I could find to no avail. After I switch the chameleon DVD for the OSX dvd it tries to boot and kernel panics in the ATA driver. (the HDD in the laptop is SATA, the DVD drive is IDE). Ideas? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
