USB Drive issue on OSX VM

Hi guys, I just recently made a OSX Vmware guest OS and everything seems to be working fine but the USB does not show up in the VM. How can i solve this?

 

Additional Info

Base OS: Win7x64 Ultimate on Asus m50vm-b1 with Intel C2D T9400 CPU, 4gb ram

VM: VMware workstation 7.1 running OS X 10.6.6 with 2gb of virtual ram

Darwin/x86 boot 5.0.132 - Chameleon 2.0 RC5pre12 R115 (2010/02/24)

16GB Kingston DataTraveler 100 G2
