I think it's no problem. In the MacGeekGab Podcast they once said that's only the theoretical mx all programs might allocate of VM, and if you look at it with a program that tells you your 'real' swap, you'll see it's much less (like with the iStat Pro Widget)...

I've got a VMem Size of abou 42 gig in Leopard (about 8-10 in Tiger normally) and a swap file of just 64 mb... so don't worry ^^

Holy mother of god! I dont think its such a great idea to post a screen shot of your buddy list wich includes your name and some of your buddies.

Brian Hough has an illegeal copy of Leopard running on his system and our friends that created it can see who to go after.  :)

 

I'm sure the guys at apple poke around these message boards...  This Leopard Leak was dugg for gods sake!  :)

Apple doesn't care if you run it (well, maybe just a little, but not all that much). Apple cares if you distribute it.

 

Now, if that means getting a warrant, going to your ISP and getting logs to see if you downloaded the torrent (which means you also distributed it to others), then that's what that means.

 

Otherwise, they are only concerned with the developer(s) who uploaded the torrent, and those that send copies to others.
