kiwidad Posted January 31, 2011 Share Posted January 31, 2011 I made an interesting discovery yesterday I decided to break away from my efxi hackintosh running 10.4.something since their idea of updating is buy a new one! My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-EP45T-UD3P. I had no problems installing snow leopard but the built in network wasnt recognized along with audio issues etc.. Here is my revelation UPDATE THE BIOS! I installed the most recent available BIOS and viola. SNow leopard finds the ethernet and audio works fine and the processor is now recognized. Sleep works as it should etc etc So, when you do the install and something isnt working and you followed a guide/// check for BIOS updates!!!!
