frostbite2600 Posted January 21, 2011 Share Posted January 21, 2011 Okay, I've been messing with this for days and cannot figure it out. I have an MSI 975x Platinum and installed 10.6.3 using iAtkos S3 and updated to 10.6.6 from Apple without any issues. Everything works except video card (Working on that separately) and my ethernet card. My internet will work only after I run "ifconfig eth0 ether 11:22:33:44:55" and it will work for about 5-10 mins. After that I cannot ping out with terminal as it times out, rerunning the command above allows it to work for another 5-10 mins. I cannot download anything with safari as it will time out and corrupt anything that I download. Has anyone had this issue and have any suggestions? Also, if anyone wants to throw me a bone on getting my 7800GT working that would be great too I'm still in the process of looking through all of these forums and others so please don't flame me and tell me to search, I'm in the process of doing that .
