building a pc 4 osx 86 sl, dont no if its fit

Cpu: i7-870

video card: (PNY or EVGA) GtX+ 9800

board: Gigabyte ga-p55-ud4p (sli 2*9800 gtx+)

RAM: 2*4GB CORSAIR DDR3 1333: not sure will work perfectly on that board.

HD:Western Digital Caviar Blue 640GB

 

 

i saw somebody did success install osx86 on that board but im not sure how it work? and wat tools i need to use and for openGL thing. BTW: do i need to boot the board? official website has F2-F10 update download, which one is better 4 install.
