PhxJim Posted November 12, 2010 Share Posted November 12, 2010 Hello all, I have just built a retail 10.6.3 box and I am having an issue with my mouse and keyboard. If I leave my box idle of some period of time (not sure how long) my mouse and keyboard don't respond. In fact, my mouse is optical and the LED gets turned off. Moving the mouse or pressing buttons, or pressing keys on the keyboard don't do anything. I don't even have a cursor on the screen! Now, I am assuming that something in OS X has told the mouse and keyboard to go to sleep (even though it left the monitor on). I am hoping for one of two answers.
