Hi I am about to do my first install of osx86. Here are my specs:

Asus P5K Premium/Wifi

Intel Q6600 Overclocked to 3.0Ghz

EVGA Geforce GTX 280

2 x 2GB Crucial Ballistix

2 x 500GB WD Hard Drives setup with on board Intel ICH9R Raid Controller

1TB WD HD (Just bought this to install osx86 on)

Running Windows 7 x64

I have been reading all over the forums the past couple days on installing osx86. I will be using a standard Snow Leopard 10.6.3 Install Disc. My Question is this, on the compatibility list at wiki.osx86project.org it says to use myHack to boot the image but I take it that is already if I'm in osx. Also the link osx86.sojugarden.com has been down. I downloaded myHack from another site and it is all osx files. So what would be the best method when using this board will ##### work? Or should I install a pc distribution like iAtkos then do the steps to install fresh 10.6.3?

My next question has to do with my drive setup. Currently I have my 2 drives setup as RAID in SATA1 and SATA2. I just bought another drive to install osx on and plan to put it in SATA3. When I am installing osx I will disconnect the RAID drives and just leave my new drive in SATA3. Will this work? I have read somewhere that the osx drive needs to be SATA1 should I switch to that? And if I do will I loose my current raid setup (I have too many files that I can't afford to loose if I mess something up). So lets say I just leave it in SATA3 and install osx then add the ICH9R driver or Kext or whatever and then turn off and replug in my RAID setup drives will I be able to dual boot osx and my previous windows 7 setup? And if so will I be able to view my RAID setup in OSX so I can transfer files?

My final question is about having my box Overclocked. I have read to keep the bios settings pretty simple for the installation of osx86. Like change SATA to AHCI etc. Can I leave my current overclock settings while installing osx86 or should I put it back to normal? If I should put it back to normal speed can I overclock it once Leopard is installed?

Any input would be much appreciative. I would be messing around with it now and seeing what worked but the new hard drive hasn't arrived it should be here later today or tomorrow so I figured I'd save some time later and do a post. Thanks again.
