just wondering whats the performance like for anyone playing the mac version of l4d2 which was released yesterday on steam along with all updates

It runs great, a few hiccups here and there but nothing worth complaining about.

P45/ICH10, 4GB RAM, Core 2 Duo E8500, 9800GTX+, 10.6.4 retail

I used to have some slowdowns and even occasional freezes but performance has greatly improved since the game first came out, I can't say if it's 10.6.5, the new nvidia drivers or updates to the game though.
