I have a mac os in all disk drive and a 50 gigabyte partition for time machine, my question is... Is there any way to install windows on that partition without affecting the darwin boot?. because I like start my mac os with an apple Thanks. Neflem Posted October 6, 2010 Share Posted October 6, 2010 Why not use Parallels or VMware? You can run a Virtualized Windoze session. I run VMware Fusion and have a Win XP/7/Ubuntu and Backtrack install. All run pretty nice on my Lenovo X60. So yes you can do it. thanks! yes..I use vmware fusion .. but now I need graphics acceleration (my video card is gma 4500,so I don't have quartz extreme)..that is the reason..I'm going to install windows 7 in the time machine's partition..if I need help I going to tell you ..another question .. As you say--"I don't want to affect anything in the mac os, because it was very difficult to install for me."
