AW9D-Max and Snow Leopard

Hi all, im still a hackintosh n00b. I did manage to install 10.5.2 on my computer fine a couple years back. Since then i have switched back to the dark side (vista and windows 7). I have now switched to console gaming from PC gaming, and i want to install Snow Leopard on my machine from here on out.

 

Here are the specs:

core 2 duo 2.4ghz

abit aw9d-max (is in HCL 10.6.2)

4 gb ddr2 1066

palit hd4870 1gb ddr5

3 x 1 TB caviar black sata

1 x seagate 120 GB sata (target OS drive)

1 x LG dvdrw drive

 

mobo specs:

I have not gotten it to work based on info in HCL 10.6.2 and end up with kernel panics.

 

I have downloaded, burned and verified a copy of "Snow Leopard Client Server 10.6.2 SSE2 SSE3 Intel AMD by Hazard"

 

If someone can help me through getting a working 10.6.2 on it, I offer eternal gratitute, praise and honor =)

i have gotten it to boot under safe boot with the following options:

 

10.6.2 update combo

kernel: legacy kernel 10.6.2

graphics: Ati 48x0 enabler, graphics enabler, evoenabler hd ati 4870

audio: AppleAzaliaAudio (not working)

system support: elliotforcelegacyrtc, ioatafamily fix, ahci sata fix, legacy sata fix

 

 

it kernel panics on normal boot.

 

Audio doesnt work, about this mac gives me a blue screen that closes any open window.

 

Please help.
