iamNTS Posted September 29, 2010 Share Posted September 29, 2010 I have a Sigmatel STAC9205 sound card but I can't get it to work. I know the AppleHDAPatcher works good but it won't work when I use the legacy kernel. I have to use it because I'm running and AMD processor (TL-60). I'll be posting the codec dump shortly but if anyone has had any luck with the STAC9205 in 10.6.4 using the legacy kernel, please let me know. The VoodooHDA 0.2.71 kext works great but it has sound distortion and clears up after using the mouse. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
